Noble Son of India Award to Dr. H H Mate

Dr. H.H. Mate - an eminent Educationist, Scientist and Social Worker was here in the city to receive the "Mother Teresa Excellence Award" and the "Noble Son of India Award" from Shri Satyanarayana, the Social Welfare Minister of Andhra Pradesh on 10th April 2011. The awards were conferred on him by the ‘Integrated Council for Socio-Economic Progress’ in recognition of his outstanding achievements and noble contribution towards the overall progress of the society.

Dr. Mate was given a warm welcome on 9th April 2011 by KSO (Hyd) Executives & Members at the Hyderabad International Airport on his arrival in the city. Thereafter, a reception dinner was also hosted by KSO (Hyd) on 10th April 2011 at the residence of Rev. Paothang Haokip. Speaking on the occasion, Pu. Letkholun Suantak (Advisor)  congratulated Dr. Mate on behalf of the student community in Hyderabad and also expressed the pride & joy his outstanding achievements and the recognitions that has been conferred on an alumnus of KSO (Hyd) has brought to the student community here in Hyderabad.
